Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Staqq mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Staqq Fintech ("Staqq", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where Staqq operates to use this Service. By using Staqq, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are not prohibited from accessing the Service under applicable law.

Staqq provides a digital wallet platform that enables participating merchants to transfer exact change amounts electronically to users' Staqq accounts in lieu of physical coins. The Service includes:

Staqq credits received through the Service are not legal tender, bank deposits, or investment products. They represent a right to redeem value within the Staqq ecosystem or withdraw to a linked bank account subject to applicable limits.

The Staqq app is free for individual consumers. There are no fees for receiving digital change or maintaining a wallet balance. Fees may apply to certain optional services such as expedited bank withdrawals, where applicable. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before they are charged.

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology comprising the Staqq Service are the exclusive property of Staqq Fintech or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of Staqq credits held in your wallet at the time of the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by submitting a request through our account deletion page. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be paid out to your linked bank account after applicable regulatory hold periods, subject to verification.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Staqq Fintech is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
